Kumköy and the Kilyos label
The municipal plan lists Kumköy as the administrative neighbourhood; the district governor’s page identifies Kilyos Castle as a local historic landmark. A Kilyos listing label is not a substitute for the title address or parcel. Establish the official address and parcel before assessing coastal proximity.
