Information and service scope

Browsing, leaving an enquiry or requesting a price analysis alone does not create a sale, rental or brokerage contract. Scope, fees and obligations are agreed separately before a transaction. A free price analysis is a market discussion, not an official valuation report.

Listings and guides

Confirm availability, prices, documents and viewing terms before committing. A listing does not replace technical inspection. Area guides support comparison and do not guarantee a property's safety, return or journey time.

Rent calculator

The TRY calculation uses the available rate for your chosen period. A missing period cannot use the previous month's rate. The latest available rate is not valid for every renewal. Check lower contract increases and rent determination after five years against your circumstances. Results are not legal advice or a binding contract.

Photo and video tools

The public Photo Studio is free and processes content on your device. Use photos, logos, portraits and music you are entitled to use and share. Avoid edits that misrepresent a property. Review the result before publication. Projects may be stored on your device; see storage details.

Video formats and creation depend on device and browser support. Keep the page open while generating. Acceptance by a listing or social platform depends on that platform's current rules. Photo preparation does not guarantee a sale or higher price.

Enquiries and external services

Use your own contact details and avoid private or sensitive information belonging to others. Preparing a WhatsApp message does not send it. Saving and notification status are shown separately in web enquiry forms. Read the privacy notice before using them.

External services apply their own terms. Agree a referred contractor's scope, price, timing and warranty directly in writing; a referral does not guarantee the work. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
