Location and neighbourhood name
Revak Yapı describes the location of İstinye Apartments 1378 as İstinye, Ferahevler. A home marketed with the wider İstinye name can therefore have Ferahevler as its official neighbourhood. Read the full address alongside the project name.
The map record for phase 1382 places it on Cilo Sokak. Do not apply this address to every phase: use the relevant block entrance for your daily route.
Phases and building status
Seba Revak should not be treated as one development in which every block was completed at the same time. ORFO’s October 2026 field record distinguishes occupied blocks from parcels still undergoing construction.
ORFO’s portfolio example dated 21 October 2026 is a two-bedroom apartment in phase 1374. Its listing includes security, a generator and garden access. Other phases have their own status and facilities. Check the entrance, lift, parking and use of balconies and terraces for the particular home.
Schools and everyday transport
One education option in Ferahevler is Yaşar Dedeman Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesi, at Adnan Kahveci Caddesi No:25. A suitable school depends on the student’s age, programme and admissions requirements.
When considering the M2 Hacıosman connection and local bus stops, start at the relevant phase’s gate. Different phase locations also change the route to school and public transport.
